Recreational electric scooters and bicycles with a speed restriction of less than 30mph can be driven on public highways, however, operators will be stopped and penalized for operating on the routes, with a maximum fine of $250.00. Operators may be held civilly accountable for injuries or property damage caused by an accident.
  • Permission is required to film a movie, TV show, or another form of production in the park.
  • Unless they are assistance animals, dogs are not authorized in any buildings or attractions. 
  • Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Drones) are forbidden at Niagara Falls State Park since all flights below 3,500 feet are restricted. There will be no filming permits provided.
